Work on prototyping functional web-based model to gather business rules and requirement for further development.

Worked on the design and development of a web-based Portfolio Management System that will allow trade confirmations to be maintained on the Investment Managers' local networks, but provide access to all other business functions using a secure connection to resources at Merrill Lynch using a browser-based access and the Internet. A single User Interface will encapsulate all business functions used by the Investment Managers, and provide context passing and navigational enablers based on the Best Practices model of IAS.

Enhanced a web based Information Center application which allows the end user to obtain real time stock quotes in a third party grid, an ActiveX component, from different URLs. This application will store the most recent URL and maintains a list of Ticker Symbols locally in a registry file. WebIC also has built-in intelligence to save, create, and delete registry information based on user's choice.

Optimized VB application to automate installation of a COM based application. This application is an OLE container and upon installation new registry keys are created, overwritten, and modified.

Implemented a VC++ application to update MS SQL database via registry file on NT platform leveraging recordsets.

Designed, developed, and deployed an interactive web based application to update the contents of SQL Server database via Active Server Pages. Have extensively utilized MS InterDev and MS IIS to develop this application.
